This is to provide higher oil pressure, better lubrication and protection for the crankshaft main bearings and big ends and to help retain the oil between the bearings and crank journals for better life span of the engine to cope with the higher power output, especially on forced induction applications.

The insert is removeable to fit the original upper housing if you are looking to keep the engine as original as possible (to retain the upper housing with the genuine O.E Number and look) as with other options the insert is not interchangeable.

We also provide a fitting service to correctly gap these to the Cam Shafts of your choice with the use of Top Hat Shims (Not included but can be purchased seperately)

Vauxhall Nova 2.0l Big Block Conversion Shafts to suite Big Block CV joints. These are suited for conversions using big block hubs and are much stronger than the 22 spline option. These shafts are case hardened splines and are rated to at least 300bhp. Made to order with an estimated 3 week lead time. Vauxhall Nova 2.0l Big Block equal length Conversion Shafts to suite Big Block CV joints using the intermediate bearing and carrier from the Cavalier/Calibra equal length drive shaft set up. On the Nova the equal length shaft setup does not give you an equal length shaft as it would on a Cavalier/Calibra however does shorten the length of the long shaft on the offside of the vehicle to help reduce torque steer so ideal for the C20LET conversion. These are suited for conversions using big block hubs and are much stronger than the 22 spline option. These shafts are case hardened splines and are rated to at least 300bhp. Made to order with an estimated 3 week lead time.
